We are very excited to release this new mixtape by one of our current favorites girl bands, the lovely Sandwitches. Someone descrive them like “..if the Shangri-las got together with Loretta Lynn…to sing on lost PJ Harvey songs performed by the Monks.” By the reality is that they go far beyond that and with just two albums and one Ep, the’ve managed to create their own sound, highly influenced by old vocal tunes, as you will figure out by the mixtape track list.
They divide the whole mix in three parts, and each of the members put together for us 5 songs:
